Kawani means brave
Kawani was born in 2016 from the rubble of a small fried chicken restaurant. Our founder, Daniel Hendra, created a blend of traditional spices that quickly became a local favorite.
The name comes from Sundanese and means brave. Our philosophy: bold flavors, fearless taste.
